Upon Receipt of Payment - the purchaser MUST FORWARD to info@fdcpatraining.com the first and last names/emails of the individual staff members and the name of the company. This information is needed so that each staff member may be 'REGISTERED' on our web training platform. After registration is completed, then each trainee will be emailed 'LINKS' to the FDCPA Training Course Material. The time-frame of course availability is six weeks.
